  I started at CF4504 in January this year and have never thought about leaving since. During my years of trial and error with fitness I had always found myself bored after 6 months but at CrossFit no day is the same and I absolutely love it. The members are friendly and everyone including the coaches make you feel at home. Scared at first and now I’ve nearly signed myself up to every beginner comp so far

  I’ve been coming to CF4504 for a little under two years now, in that time I’ve worked closely with the coaches to improve my technique, lose weight after having my first baby, improve my mindset with a weekly coaching call with my mentor and Coach, learn invaluable nutrition information and lastly enter and place 12th in my first ever powerlifting competition. None of this would have been possible without the support and care of the amazing coaches at CF4504. This is a place I feel empowered, safe and encouraged to keep pushing. I would hands down recommend this gym to anyone who asks, even those who don’t and in fact I have, my mum is now coming here and I’ve never seen her move better and be more confident than she does now…. She’s in her 60’s and such a powerhouse. Thank you to the gym owner and all the coaches for the amazing safe, educational space you have created here - despite the challenges of COVID you have always kept us moving. Forever grateful.

  CrossFit 4504 has changed my life. I wanted to feel fabulous at 50 & apprehensively booked into a class. Now 3 years & over 500 classes later, I’m still enjoying the awesome workouts & amazing community at CF4504. I highly recommend the super supportive coaches who get to know you & modify the workouts to suit your individual needs. I’ve even rehabbed a knee injury that I got from playing netball. Every day I feel stronger & more confident. It’s the best hour of my day. Now my husband & 2 teenagers train there as well. I highly recommend Crossfit4504 at Narangba

  Absolutely love this place. This is my second home. The community here is amazing - so supportive and there is no judgment! It really is a little family outside of your own. Coaches are knowledgeable and always ready and willing to help. There is always a bit of fun thrown in along the way. If you are looking for somewhere you will belong this is the place. Can not speak of CrossFit 4504 highly enough!

  A very welcoming and friendly community. The coaches are knowledgeable and very supportive in helping you reach your fitness goals. They have helped me particularly with recovery and improving my fitness post pregnancy. I thoroughly enjoy my time at Crossfit 4504 and always look forward to the next workout
